At Dollarama, consumer product safety is our first and foremost priority. In order to inform our customers directly of product recalls, we make the recall notices issued by manufacturers and/or regulatory agencies available below.
While we regularly review and update the information found on this page, the list of recalls posted may not be exhaustive or complete. Recall notices are typically posted for up to a year.

You should immediately stop using the product and either discard it or return it to any of our stores for a full refund.

Yes. You can return a recalled product no matter its condition, without its original packaging and without a receipt—at any time, and in any of our stores.

Please carefully consult the information included in the recall notice. Notices include detailed product descriptions, information regarding where and when products were available for sale, and product codes. Notices may also include product images.

Product recalls are in place indefinitely. It is not because a recall notice does not appear here that the product is not the subject of a recall. Please consult the recall notices archives available at https://healthycanadians.gc.ca/recall-alert-rappel-avis/index-eng.php as the recall list on this website may not be exhaustive or complete.

It is possible that a product that appears to be a recalled product is a similar product not subject to the recall or a product that has been modified by the manufacturer following a recall.
As per our standard product recall procedures, recalled products are subject to a system- and chain-wide block through our point-of-sale terminals. This makes it impossible for the sale of a recalled product to be processed.
